RATES: Split Heat Pump Int./Ext. Pair: $200 + $100/interior unit + $80/exterior unit
- Interior Head Cleaning:
- Filter Cleaning: Remove and clean air filters, inspect HEPA filter
- Clean Unit Housing: Clean all particulate and mold from housing
- Coil Cleaning: Brush coils free of buildup and use specialized foaming solution to deep clean coils
- Blower Fan Cleaning: Clean the blower fan assembly and grease fan spindles
- Clean drain pan and inspect drain line
- Exterior Condenser Cleaning:
- Coil Cleaning: Brush coils free of buildup and use specialized foaming solution to deep clean coils
- Fan Cleaning: Clean fan blades and grease fan spindle
- Housing Cleaning: Clean metal housing of condenser unit to prevent corrosion
